This charming cafe in Forest Hill is a gem to have in the neighborhood. I always bring my family and friends here when they visit. The menu is excellent, perfect for both lunch and afternoon tea with cake. And the best part is, it's pet-friendly! I will definitely be returning soon.

This is a lovely little cafe with interesting decor that gives a warm inviting feeling. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the seating was very cosy. The food looked delicious. I had a slice of Red Velvet cake which was fresh and tasty, and went down well with some Earl Grey tea. I would happily dine here again.

The staff were fantastic. We visited with our granddaughters (ages 5 and 3) after exploring the Horniman Museum. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We noticed a variety of cakes that looked tempting, but we didn't get a chance to try them this time. We will definitely have to come back for that. This neighborhood cafe is a hidden gem! My family recently moved to the area and stumbled upon this place. I'm now envious that every parade of shops doesn't have a spot like this. I wish I had this cafe at the end of my street, I would definitely become a regular. The decor is casual and welcoming without being messy. They offer a great selection of sandwiches, which can be toasted as well. The coffee is excellent and reasonably priced. The cakes looked tempting, so I'll definitely have to go back to try them.

Came in for a quick breakfast, were seated by a lovely woman who took our order. Sat on a table of 4 as they had no table for two, they were taken up by people not eating or on laptops. Another couple came in and they asked to sit them with us, in front of them which made it very awkward. Coffee and food arrived cold, one sandwich was very dry didn’t have any butter or sauce after requesting it. When we asked for sauce it was a large task for the woman to assist us, she never spoke or made eye contact when she placed the sauce on the table. When my partner had finally started to eat, another server walked up with a family and asked us to move as she was eating. I agreed as again I felt awkwa...

I'm currently studying for masters disertation and came in here on a quiet Tuesday morning to have breakfast and work. I'd come here before a few weeks ago when the manager was in. He was lovely and let me stay for 4+ hours even though I only ordered a coffee and I'd been raving about how lovely this place was for the past few weeks. This morning I went and arrived at 11:30 and asked to sit in and was told that I could only sit on the bar I pointed to an empty table and the waiter grudgingly allowed me to sit.
