"Always visit this place because we love the food. However, this time we were sat down by a waitress who asked for our drinks and another couple were sat next to us about 5-10 minutes after we ordered drinks. Then to our surprise the other couples drinks get brought over to them by the waitress who then dissapears and we can see both of our drinks sat on the bar which we ordered before and didn’t get them for 10-15 minutes only for a different waiter to bring them over. After this issue we had been waiting a while now to order food and the waitress then comes and takes the order of the couple who arrived after us and walks off, then 5-10 minutes later the waitress comes and takes our food order with no apology or acknowledgement. Then as you can guess the couple who arrived a while after us then get their food before us and being hungry and having to wait all that time we weren’t happy. The food though was great, apart from the pulled pork which has changed which is disappointing. It used to be amazing but now tastes like it’s from a packet. Overall it’s still a great place but needs to be more consistent."

The food was good however the menu had changed without changing it on print, the service was with a smile but waited a long time for food and drinks, no desert menu. Not ideal for our first visit!!

This was our third visit to the restaurant and unfortunately, I was disappointed to see that the quality has declined significantly. The tables were sticky and the prices were outrageous. My burger was dry, but the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Had heard rave reviews over the years and never came but I must be late to the party as I wasn't impressed. The food was average and quite expensive for what it was, the service was ok at first, then was slow when we were looking to pay. Didn't get dessert as we thought we would be waiting too long. Probably wont return

This was our first time visiting and we absolutely adored it. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a special experience, particularly Clare. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend a visit.

Food was great, although the service let this place down. We had to ask on more than one occasion for additional drinks and for the bill. Eventually having to go to the bar in the way out to pay as the waiter seemed to get distracted whenever he left our table, we had asked for the bill twice and the card machine 3 times before eventually paying in our way out.

We have visited this restaurant several times and usually had great service. However, our experience on Tuesday was terrible. Despite only a few customers in the restaurant, it took nearly 40 minutes for our onion rings starter to be brought out. The kitchen staff even had to check on the server before the starter finally arrived. I will not be returning for lunch service during the week again.

Gone seriously downhill I'm afraid, both the wings and ribs were tough to the point of being inedible in part, they had managed to split the sauce for the mac cheese and there were big lumps of flour in it (This was removed from the bill but it shouldn't be hard for a restaurant to make a cheese sauce! My friends burger was dry and we left without finishing our meals This place was great- someone needs a serious word with rhe kitchen staff.
