A good atmosphere and excellent service make this restaurant a great option. The food is typical of a pub, but with a fantastic variety and high quality. The establishment also offers accommodations and a spacious parking lot. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy some time.

My husband and I took our mothers out for Sunday lunch. We had a wonderful meal and the service from the staff was very welcoming. The prices were very reasonable. Our mothers thoroughly enjoyed their meal and the welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely bring them back next time we are in town. Service: 5 Location: 5

Great pub with everything you need. Lovely food and staff. However, the church right opposite rings a bell every hour through the night and the pub is under the Stanstead Airport flight path. We went there to have lunch. They were really busy even though we went at 3pm. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Even though we were told that food would take long, it arrive pretty quickly. The rooms were lovely, modern, sparkling clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel boasts a delightful restaurant and bar on the ground floor. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and charming. I would definitely choose to stay there again when flying out of Stansted airport. I stayed at the restaurant for a night and was pleased with the cozy pub atmosphere and beautiful decor. The room and bathroom were mostly clean, despite some stains on the carpet, and I had a comfortable night's sleep. The coffee and tea amenities were satisfactory, with a good selection of fruity teas. I felt safe during my stay and had no problem leaving my car in the designated parking area (no gate). Dinner was delicious, especially the seafood risotto, but I was slightly disappointed with breakfast. I arrived at 8:40, when breakfast ended at 9:30, so there was still plenty of time.
