Second time here and the food is amazing had the tarten burger was delicimo..nice clean restaurant and very friendly staff will defo be back with the kids

Went for a meal with colleagues from work. Reading the reviews, thought portions would be bigger and the food great. Bit disappointed with food, it was okay pub food. Wouldn't say it was bad, but wouldn't go back in a hurry Speisekarte ansehen

Food was good and service friendly if a little slow. The menu is a bit limited but we found something we liked both starter and main course. The portions are generous and two courses had us completely full. We didn't manage desert.

What a fantastic time we had at the Torfin. The food was great especially the tablet cheesecake. The service was excellent too. Hannibal certainly knows how to flirt and charm the ladies. Really cheered us up. Thank you all very much. Xx

I decided to grab some food at the last minute and luckily found a table at this restaurant. We ordered a gluten and dairy free burger as well as a regular kids burger meal. Both dishes were delicious, hot, freshly made, and very tasty. The service was outstanding. This place has always been a favorite of mine, as they are great at accommodating allergies and picky eaters. Overall, a fantastic local restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen

Honestly we booked this hotel for the proximity with the airport since we wanted a place close to it before leaving Scotland. One of the best place we went ! Cocktails are delicious! Meals and beers are affordable. The size of that fish and chips ! My god I should add that, the hotel have very cozy rooms and they are very well decorated. Cheers from french tourists. We hope more people will stop by your restaurant pub.

From the moment you enter The Torfin you are greeted with such a friendly welcome. We went on a Friday night which was so busy but the waiter was so amazing. The staff here are all so lovely and will do their best to find you a table even when they are so busy and always with a smile. We were offered a sofa as all tables were booked, but once a table became free they moved us to a table. The food was delicious and so was the wine. The Torfin has a friendly relaxed atmosphere with excellent food and service. Definitely the best meal out over a four night stay. We will be back!

Let me start by saying almost all my reviews are 5 stars. So rating somewhere as a 1 star is very unusual for me. Wife and I went tonight and had booked, which was good as it was v busy, so we had high expectations. We shared a starter that took half an hour to arrive and was cold. Staff were great, took it away and returned really quickly with a hot one, so not too sure why the first one took so long. Then waited ages for our main course and then ages to pay our bill. I'll finish by saying I'm 55 years old, we eat out a reasonable amount and aren't that fussy. But tonight I asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill, which the staff were happy to do.
