"We may well have been the only tourists lunching here; the restaurant is easy to find but not in a tourist location. It's a pity to miss it; we were warmly greeted in the bar/ reception area; our host spoke excellent English. He took the time to explain the menu to us. We had croquettes with salad, followed by fried chicken, or in my case, sausage a la brasa: both generous portions, served with chips. We could scarcely find room for dessert; the flan and the chocolate cake were our choices, both good. Including water and a glass of house white, the price was €12 each. Fantastic value. Great service."

It's nothing too fancy, but it's great, traditional Catalan food, like I used to have when I was a kid, at incredible prices. Staff is always super friendly too, and if you have kids, there's an area outside for them to play, so it's a great family restaurant too.

One of the best restaurants in the area! Step inside this beautiful restaurant, be served by the friendly staff and indulge in a wondrous Catalan meal. No meal in this restaurant we leave you feeling dissatisfied, and each meal is bursting with flavour. Do not miss this restaurant if you are looking for a delicious Catalan meal on your holiday. Big restaurant with a big letter. good meat to the braise, steak or ribs but also lacking or butifarra. good incoming rations such as artichokes or snails. orchard salads. It is a cult for those who frequent the area, both in summer and in winter. very good relationship quality/price. good for groups, with different environments in several dining rooms. very recommended.

We go around the area and each year we go a couple of times to eat the menu, quality price is great, food from the country is very delicious, children love the soup they do, we always reserve because although there are many people in a town, there is a sand parquin nearby. Even if it doesn't look like it is a fairly large restaurant and has several dining rooms. it would change the form of payment, you have to go through the box at the entrance and you usually make enough follion between the people waiting to enter and the one waiting to pay.

"We had a meal consisting of the set menu, consisting of appetizers, main dishes and desserts. It was all wonderful. The restaurant served us a small appetizer with olives. We ordered as appetizers fried calamari, and croquetas of chicken and of cheese. Spanish croquetas have a thin crunchy breaded coat over a pasty filling. Both types were savory, and the cheese croquetas were filled with a kind of blue cheese, which kept its distinctive flavor but was not overpowering. Two groups of two diners shared two of the signature dishes at the restaurant: seafood paella, and seafood fideua. Fideua is a dish prepared much like paella, except using inch-long pieces of broken fideos, a fine noodle commonly used is Spain for soups, instead of rice. Both were excellent. I had the chicken, also very good. For desserts, we had chocolate soufflé with raspberry sauce which was not too sweet, just a little tart; sorbet de maracuya (passionfruit) which was also tart, but delicious in taste with a great consistency; mango ice cream, sweet and very creamy with a delicious flavor; requesón (a kind of creamy Spanish cheese) with layers of honey; and crema catalana, which is sort of like a Catalan version of flan with a surface of caramelized sugar, also delicious. All the desserts are house-made. The server was very polite, attentive and engaged, offering suggestions and demurrers as he felt necessary. The woman who served as the maitre d' was also very engaging, and described what were possibly her creations — the restaurant is small, and there were only the two of them in the dining room — lovingly, and made suggestions based on preference expressed. She may have been the owner; I didn't ask. I whole-heartedly recommend it for great food. It cost us €170 for 5 fixed-price dinners, a couple of glasses of wine, some soft drinks, a couple of bottles of water."
