Vincenzo's Coffee House

Seriously unimpressed with how the owners of this place treat their staff. They don’t deserve any customers.

The food at this restaurant is not worth the price. The coffee I ordered was weak and watery, which is disappointing as I value high-quality coffee.

Lovely decor, a welcoming and relaxed feel and the staff were so friendly! We enjoyed prompt service and excellent food, we will not hesitate to return and recommend, thank you! Speisekarte ansehen

Don't recommend this place, the food wasn't very good. Went with my friends for a breakfast and a coffee and all food tasted processed considering the prices for food. The coffee was also lukewarm and going cold by the time it got to me.

Never again, how they haven't been shut down is a mystery. The glasses of water were served in dirty glasses. The soup tasted of dish water. The place was filthy, the staff had not been taught food hygiene. The manager was super rude. Never again.

Terrible hygiene and staff treatment, wouldn’t recommend going anywhere near this abysmal “cafe”. I can’t believe the attitude of these so called staff, they were argumentative with both the customers and their colleagues, I didn’t see a slight bit of professionalism. We had a great experience during our brunch on a Saturday morning. The English breakfast and sausage egg muffin were both delicious. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. The food was served promptly, along with any extras like sauces. The vanilla slice was the best I've ever had, absolutely delicious!

I was yelled at for closing the door and told to sit at the other end of the restaurant if I didn't want the door to be open. I am on a walking stick and shouldn't have to walk all the way to the other end of the restaurant just to avoid freezing. I was spoken to very rudely and embarrassingly. I will never go to this restaurant again.

We went to the Vincenzos in Market Gate, which I believe is owned by the same people who run the Vincenzos coffee house is st. Nics arcade. The service was appalling. We had been sat for barely 1 minute when they asked if we were ready to order food, and when we said no they then didn't come back for a good 15 minutes. The server made a mistake entering my partners order, leading to them getting the wrong food. We also had to ask for cutlery after food had been served. I ordered the large breakfast and was severely disappointed. Luke warm baked beans covered the entire plate, making the rest of the food a bit slimy and I felt it made things go cold quicker.
