"We had previously visited ASK Italian in another town and were not impressed with their vegan options, but decided to give them another chance. When we arrived at the restaurant at 11:30 am, there was no one around except for the kitchen staff. After waiting for about 10 minutes and with the assistance of one of the chefs, we were finally seated without an apology for the delay. The separate vegan menu offered a few pizzas with vegan mozzarella and some pasta choices. We opted to try the vegetable soup, rosemary and sea salt bread, and vegetable pasta (fettuccine con verdure). The food arrived quickly, though we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. The soup was enjoyable, the bread was average for its price, but the pasta was disappointing. Drenched in oil with no hint of the advertised garlic and chilli seasoning, all I could taste was the olive tapenade, which also had an oily taste. My stomach felt unsettled for the rest of the day. To add to the disappointment, we received the bill promptly, but had to wait a while to pay as there was a delay in getting someone to assist us. Overall, our dining experience was underwhelming, starting and ending with waiting to be served."

stopped without booking after a visit at the cotswold falconry center. our daughter has zöliakie and so we were looking for gluten-free options in the opposite they were busy and booked but friendly offered to perform in gluten-free pizzas for us. the pizzas were good. I always want my gluten-free crust cooked extra time to make it cork hot and crisp and I forgot. I would ask them to do this, but the pizzas were good and the people were very friendly. we sat outside on the square and ate. very pleasant.

it has enjoyed our meal here as a whole. was a nice atmosphere, but must book. we arrived at 19:30 and had to return at 20:30. the mushroom starter was ok, but had better mushroom dishes desert the choc bombing that should melt when the waitress poured the hot sauce over not that was disappointing. overall a good effort beautiful to see that when a waitress slipped during the output of starters she offered to pay a dry cleaning bill when the clothes had been stained. a beautiful meal in an idyllic piece englands
