"El restaurante goza de buena prensa y se le presupone la calidad de sus platos. Ciertamente el producto es bueno. Sin embargo, a nivel creativo no me pareció muy espectacular. Hay combinaciones arriesgadas que apuestan por el producto de la zona como la oreja, que se añade de pronto en un plato de navajas. El resultado puede ser más o menos del gusto del comensal; demasiado dispar para el mío. Pero la apuesta creativa está más en la combinación de ingredientes que en la elaboración de los platos. También me parece que el local está bastante demodé. Por lo demás vale la pena hacerse una opinión propia a través de un menú degustación a un precio lógico para el tipo de cocina de la que se trata."

"Impresionante, sin palabras... Primero, el trato del personal, cercanos, atentos, simpáticos y sobre todo muy educados. Segundo, la comida (el cocido) una delicia. Las carnes, el caldo, las verduras y los garbanzos, en su punto y con un sabor de lo mejor de Galicia. Tercero, precio (30€/pers) y cantidad inigualable, y encima lo que te sobre lo puedes llevar. Los postres no cobran, y los shots tampoco. Cuarto, lugar muy bien ubicado, y por dentro bonito y muy acogedor. Sin duda, el mejor cocido gallego DE TODA GALICIA, volveré y además encantadisima."

"Más que el número 1 es El Único!. Toda una suerte encontrarnos con este magnífico restaurante, si la comida es magnífica y de excelente calidad, el trato es exquisito, Pepe el propietario a sus 70 años sigue al pie de cañón junto a su familia, disfrutando cada día de su trabajo. Nos gustó tanto que repetimos, una carta variada y productos frescos. El tomate con cebolla de su huerta, aliñada con vinagre casero. El pan, no tengo palabras. Cominos un chuletón y Rape a la gallega exquisito. Los mejillones muy buenos Al día siguiente, repetimos el tomate! Y probamos la empanada y el salpicón de bogavante, impresionante. Y cerramos con un bogavante a la plancha, espectacular. Muy recomendable la tarta de galleta de crema!!! Muero con ella. Gracias Pepe por tu profesionalidad y tu cariño, nos sentimos como en casa. Volveremos sin duda"
