I think it's one of the best restaurants not just in the river. but also a part of the spider. those layers with berza, the only one with foie, shrimp lasagna and the ticket salsa and its minstrel vegetable make this restaurant an indispensable place if it is in the achievement! we decided by the special menu with the protagonist asparagus (42 €/person). three asparagus entries and a main meat, rotated (transverse cut of the singlemillo wrapped in bacon) with triguerous asparagus. chocolate dessert with olive oil ice cream and asparagus trunk covered with white chocolate. homemade appetizer: vegetable tortilla. with the chocolate nuggets aromatized with coffee. the menu was wonderful with fermented white wine in barrels, special reserve icon of faustino edition.
