Nos gustó la experiencia, sobre todo la amabilidad del servicio, muy profesionales y atentos. Gran carta de vino con muchas variedades. Espacio amplio, agradable y cómodo. La comida no me sorprendió demasiado, las croquetas muy normales, la carne de buena calidad pero no me sorprendió. La leche frita muy buena y en general la experiencia fue buena.

We've come to Chinchon for a day. The kindness of the staff and the good smell that came to the door of the square drew our attention. We got to eat and in the end we have come back for dinner too! the staff is unbeatable, very attentive and educated, authentic professionals. wonderful food, all homemade, with a lot of flavor. the meats, the incomings and the desserts. have several terraces and a very nice interior patio. At noon they have a menu for 18€ (without drink , which is a little more expensive than the rest of the restaurants in the square but that nothing else enter the place and give the first bite you know that you are spending very well that money and that you have not mistaken...
