"Very sincerely, cuisine and perfect presentation. On the other hand, noisy room and polite waitresses but without emotion or conviction. The ravioli with mushroom velvety is great, the dessert leaf is the same, against the wedding Merlu and cocos of Paimpol and especially with the chorizo sauce seems unlikely because it is difficult to isolate the taste of the fish but it is only my opinion. "I've read a few incendiary critics... on the dismantled frame... but that's what we're looking for... not a rooftop flashing in Parisian pollution. What better than having, through the window, a painting of Mont St Michel bay? On the service... false!!! The staff is efficient and discreet. "Extremely disappointed for several reasons 1. It was pretty cold in the restaurant at night and some people had to keep their coat all night 2. Servers were inexperienced and not "chaud/chaleaureux" 3. But the most disappointing is that the meat (which was cooked for 36 hours) was extremely dry (it should melt in the mouth) and almost not eatable, and when we spoke to the waitress in a very polite and gentle way, it just said 'OK' and we never saw it again. Not even a word like we're sorry or we'll talk about it with the leader. 4. In the end, we paid too much for what we ate and the service we have. This does not deserve a Michelin star, but rather a star "google magazine," I see that there is a doubt about the authenticity of this criticism. We had dinner on 10/12/2021.
