"Visited during a work event day out and was unaware there was a restaurant in this location. Crolla's is off the beaten track of Musselburgh town centre and I wouldn't be aware of a restaurant where it's situated. It was booked for our work day out hence the visit. It's a nice place, food and service good and didn't disappoint. I had pepperoni and mushroom pizza, I'm not keen on Italian style pizza with the larger crust, however this is personal preference and nothing wrong with it. The topping was tasty but I do wish I had chosen the pasta as others looked nice. Dessert was pistachio cheesecake as pictured and very tasty. Our waitress was great and joined in with the fun of one of our crowd also making sure we were fine for anything required. I'm not from the area or I'd visit again, however now I know it's here would book if in the area again."

this was a great sound very recommended. we had not booked so that we had luck getting a table for two on a Fri evening. this beautiful Italian restaurant had a great mood the menu was exceptional and fantastic worth. the quality of our courses I can say was excellent.

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic, very friendly and willing to help. They made our birthday dinner a memorable evening. The food was incredibly tasty, even the children finished every bite. The atmosphere was lovely, thanks to the staff. I highly recommend Crollas for any and all occasions.

I have visited this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed the food and service. However, during my most recent visit, I was extremely annoyed by the constant loud whistling coming from the kitchen. It was happening the entire time we were there and really ruined our experience. The food at this restaurant was fantastic, especially the veal dish I ordered. The pasta and dessert were both fresh and delicious. However, the highlight of the visit was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive and provided old-fashioned, top-notch service. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Came for New Year’s Eve meal with some family. Food was good, staff were attentive, but man, you’ve got to address your alcohol prices. £12.80 for half a glass of red wine and some lemonade, £13 for a white wine…..if you suffer from Coeliac disease expect to be penalised and pay more for your food. It’s a shame that the star system only allows ratings for Food, Service and Atmosphere. I think one should be created for ‘Prices’ as well. It’s only Musselburgh not Edinburgh. Also, this automatically adding a service charge to a bill is a bit presumptive of your service. Customers need to have the choice of what to leave….this isn't America !
