Go here often great place to eat great food and staff especially a barman Louie who always pleasant and helpful, a credit to the company.

Sam provides exceptional service every time we visit this restaurant. We always look forward to delicious meals here. My partner and I never have any complaints.

My friends and I had a wonderful lunch outing at this restaurant. The food was delicious and served very quickly. Our server, Luey, was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We had a fantastic time.

Me and my wife visited the Glassworks today(18th Dec 2023) with a friend and had drinks and food. We were given excellent service by all the staff but especially Jade who was our server (Table 41) She was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Will be back again for sure in the new year.

Came here today (25th December) for Christmas dinner can’t fault it. Food was prepared on time, there was lots of it it was delicious. The service was also friendly efficient, the staff are a credit to the pub. We have eaten here several times in the past have always found it to be good value. True it is a chain but one without pretentions unlike some other places! Good food, good prices good service, will be definitely be visiting again. Speisekarte ansehen

My friend and I were starved and The Glassworks is so convenient and reasonable, we popped in (just missing lunch time, lol). We were met by the lovely manager, John, and were greeted with SO PLEASED TO SEE YOU AGAIN . Placed our orders and then the lovely Luey came to serve us, also remembering us and so had little chats as and when he could between customers and honestly it is becoming a very HOME-like feeling when we go in now. All staff are wonderful, but some stand out more and Luey is one of those who does. He 's the kind of young man who you 'd be proud to call your son.

We walked into the restaurant, found our spot, looked at the menu, and went to place our order. As we approached the checkout, we were greeted by Louey, who was incredibly friendly and even gave us a hug. He took our orders and was happy to accommodate any substitutions we requested without any hesitation. The service was flawless and everyone we encountered, including Sam and Jade, was welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. Even though the manager was away on holiday, the team handled everything with ease. The atmosphere at the Glassworks is always fantastic, no matter the time or day, and the food is consistently great. If there is ever an issue, they make it right without any...

I (we) visit all the time as it is convenient, the food is great and it is not over-priced. This particular visit, we met someone new (to me) and she (Rachel) was so beautiful and bubbly, I had to ask her name to make it a more personal contact. No request was met with anything negative, always, OF COURSE YOU CAN, lovely and both meals were marvelous. Then there is tiny little Lora or Lorna, not certain which and my apologies. She zips around the place she is almost invisible, however, always smiling, pleasant and any requests are equally met with OF COURSE and I actually called the manager to compliment these two beautiful staff and he asked me to compliment them on Tripadvisor, which I alw...
