"Unusual premises in the centre of Bassano that offers ready-to-use organic proposals at the table or to take away in vacuum bags and then finish the preparation at home. The menu is delicious and includes a section dedicated to vegetable dishes, including I really enjoyed the homemade Russian salad vegetables with egg poché and paprika powder. The tartare is of organic meat and is accompanied by a good choice of sauces with a homemade brioche bread. Even the sauces of the first ones are very well cared for and you can choose between two different formats of fresh pasta. The quantities and prices are adapted to the local proposal. Having to look for the fur in the egg, since the bread has a cost of 2 euros to the bag (just, because it is worth them) I would avoid to charge even the covered. However, it remains a recommended place that in every detail consistently expresses the philosophy of the owners. Vegetarian options: The section of the vegetable dishes menu offers interesting alternatives. Kid-friendliness: The spaces are wide, you move smoothly and are available pencils to entertain the little ones in the wait."

"Trattoria di altissima qualità, sia per la scelta degli ingredienti che per la vasta varietà di piatti e bevande che propone; L'ho scoperto negli anni del COVID, dove ho ordinato da asporto tramite il sito (anch'esso ben fatto e intuitivo) praticamente ogni sera; Ormai sono cliente abituale, sia per il pranzo (direttamente in ristorante), sia alla sera con la consegna a domicilio; Gestori simpatici, coridali e capaci di coccolare il cliente; Locale peculiare nella sua semplicità, tipica delle trattorie venete, che riesce a farti sentire a casa appena entrato; Altamente consigliato per pranzo e cena nella zona di Bassano del Grappa."

"Ero a Bassano e cercavo un locale informale dove pranzare rispetto ad altri locali ho letto su TA delle buone recensioni ed ho scelto di pranzare alla Caneva. Il locale all’interno non è molto grande ma c’è un buono spazio all’esterno per i mesi estivi . Il Locale è informale stile osteria e personalmente mi è piaciuto . Il personale è simpatico e ti mette a tuo agio , gli altri avventori (turisti e lavoratori) completavano un quadro allegro e spigliato . Il menù è presentato scritto con il gesso su una lavagna che viene messa davanti ai tavoli . Ho scelto un antipasto di prosciutto di Montagnana e burrata (buono) e dei ravioli al baccalà molto interessanti con ripieno di baccalà e conditi con il baccalà alla vicentina della casa . Per dolce una crema catalana memorabile veramente top ! Ho bevuto un caffe, un calice di vino della zona e acqua . Prezzo adeguato . Un solo neo ed un consiglio , il bagno ha bisogno di una sistemazione. Complessivamente tutto positivo , ci tornerò appena capiterà l’occasione . Consigliato"

"Asparagus specialty in all sauces! Good appetizer, and the second. I didn't taste the first, almost everything based on asparagus. The local outside is very nice surrounded by greenery with the relaxing sounds of birds that have on the outside, the local inside is a little dated, but I think it deserves to go to taste their specialty"

"historical and famous local in the Bass and in the Vicentino . beautiful the ideal location for banquets and ceremonies , very well-kept dishes and service at the top .one of the most renowned restaurants for fish , we have chosen the degotation menu and I think it is the best choice in relation to quality price. We cannot say that it is an economic environment but quality is not discussed."
