I enjoyed some very good from this restaurant, good quantity and quality of dishes, polite staff with excellent service, shame I did not bring any change with me for a good tip! Will be back soon!

This is our local Japanese spot and we like it. Great deals for lunch if you are in the area but this time we had dinner. Simple and small, you get a nice set of Japanese options, and easy-going service. As I'm a local they are always very welcoming.

My daughter and I love their food. She is completely addicted to the chicken katsu curry. I enjoy the gyoza We have eaten at this place for years. The staff is super friendly and the place is simple but with a great vibe. The miso soup is always a must.

A first visit since lockdown was lifted and we should have gone sooner. It was as excellent as it has always been and the lunch menus are a bargain. One thing is that it could be neater inside. The walls and decor could do with a quick lick of paint. But top marks on the food.

A brilliant visit to an authentic Japanese restaurant. Fresh sashimi and a wide variety of dishes, including nasu dengaku and natto hoso maki. Food that made my whole family happy. If you want Japanese food prepared by a master Japanese chef, then I highly recommend going to Ke Sushi.

We have been visiting Ke Sushi since it was recommended to us four years ago and haven’t looked back. The food is always superb. It’s a small restaurant but you can reserve tables, although we have never needed to. They also do take away but you need to collect. The service is also very good. I highly recommend the bento boxes and Chicken Katsu!

Good to see Ke is back, selling takeaway from the door. Order online and go there to collect. Just had an excellent lunch: a Donburi with a couple of side dishes. Everything is always fresh, including the rice, which hasn 't been sitting around. As I always say with Japanese places, you should try the unusual stuff; not just the sushi. Of course, unusual is relative, it 's very normal compared to some of the food I 've tried in Japan.

This small, family run place is the antithesis of a certain chain of sushi restaurants in that the food is made to order, right in front of you. The chef is Japanese and, although a bit shy, he is obviously pleased to see you. The real tip off that it's good is that it is often full of Japanese people (more than the aforemantioned chain can say), that there's no non-Japanese food on the menu and there are photos of the dishes to aid selection, as is dine in Japan. Freshly made, beutifully presented food in a homely, unpretentious setting.

My son and I wandered into Ke Sushi looking for a quick bite to eat following an afternoon at the rugby. We noticed immediately that it was authentically Japanese the menu was written in English and correct Japanese characters. Most importantly, there are no non Japanese items on the menu. The quality of the food is excellent. The slicing of my sashimi was a bit rustic but it tasted superb especially the fatty tuna. Mixed tempura was also done really expertly (although I did have to ask the waitress for the grated mooli which would normally be served with the accompanying dip).
