"No he podido esperar a salir del restaurante para escribir la reseña, pues ha sido una experiencia tan agradable, que bien merece unos minutos de dedicación. Sólo decir que todo lo que podáis leer se queda corto, la comida es exquisita (para nada escasa como he leído en alguna reseña) y el local bien ubicado, bla, bla... Lo más importante para nosotras es la CALIDAD con mayúsculas, ya que es en todos los sentidos: materia prima, presentación de los platos, elaboración, carta de vinos y un largo etcétera, pero sobre todo... ¡LA GRAN MARÍA!. Una mujer grande como profesional y seguro, que a nivel personal, pues basta con intercambiar unas cuantas palabras para sentir que es el alma de este sitio. Además, demuestra una humildad difícil de encontrar hoy en día, pues siendo una gran chef con premios a sus espaldas (bien merecidos) no ha perdido sus orígenes. ¡ENHORABUENA Y GRACIAS! Por cierto, comimos de entrante un exquisito panaché de verduras con parmesano (la foto es de la mitad porque al pedir para compartir, tuvieron el detalle de servir este plato por separado) y como principales, el codillo mi amiga y yo, el bacalao más bueno que he probado en mi vida (lo cocina como nadie, una textura y sabor sencillamente, perfectos). Respecto al vino, nos dejamos guiar por la recomendación y no recuerdo el nombre, pero era un blanco verdejo, con un toque de barrica, que casaba perfectamente tanto con el pescado, como con la carne. Por último, yo tomé café y mi amiga postre de chocolate 3 texturas. Con la cuenta, ofrecieron un chupito de limoncello. Otro detalle que dice mucho de este restaurante es que con el servicio de pan invitan a un aperitivo (en esta ocasión, una crema de verduras) y aceite de oliva virgen extra de Jaén (origen de la dueña, María) que es oro líquido, para que la espera de haga más amena (aún así, son bastante rápidos sirviendo). Añadir que ella misma explica cualquier duda acerca de los platos, vinos etc. con una sonrisa y excelente sentido del humor, humildad y dedicación. De hecho, también es la responsable de amenizar la velada con una acertadísima selección musical. ¡Y acierta totalmente con las recomendaciones!. En total, la cuenta fue alrededor de 85€, así que nada caro teniendo en cuenta la calidad y sitio."

"lack of organization of the waiters, and the fried bananas have been an inch of banana with a plate full of fries! are not concentrated on what the customers ask for, you have to ask the same to several waiters to see if they serve you what you ask! place too much cinnamon on the pineapple and you miss the natural taste of the fruit! the food in general is very rich, the only garnish employees"

"This is a really charming beach bar and restaurant. Sometimes there's live music (without any extra charge as long as you consume something). Location is right in front of the ocean, only cut off by the equally charming boardwalk. The setting gives you a bit of a Caribbean feel, which is nice. Staff is quite busy, so be prepared for a little wait, but it's still fine. Service was friendly and our dog was welcome here as well. We ordered the grilled Seabream and the fried cod. Both dishes were very nicely presented. A bottle of white wine with. The fish was fresh, but both meals tasted really bland and for us quite a bit too much on the healthy side. It is the owner was there for quite a while probably a bit Californian inspired. Nothing really wrong with it, but just not that special. The dessert a spanish orange/almond cake was really good though. It was still fun to dine here. Location is great atmosphere as well. But judging the food it is mediocre. I would come back but just for a bunch of drinks."
