I visited with a colleague from work as we were both in the region for the weekend between meetings. We chose to eat here based on the trip advisor rating and wanted to eat good seafood on the coast. The restaurant owner Gregory greeted us...and was very friendly. He spoke perfect English and provided us with the best meal of our trip. We started with a beautiful Muscadet wine that he had recommended and paired it with oysters that are produced in the local port. We had carpaccio of scallops that included incredible fusion flavors of fresh fennel, corn salad and sunflower seeds. After this we had the best grilled shrimp I have ever eaten paired with grilled scallops on a bed of roasted leeks...
