"What a rare thing a great evening out. Great atmosphere before we went inside, with music playing on the street. Given choice of tables, even though already full at 1830! Taken to table, offered drinks, order taken. Drinks delivered and dinner order taken. A few extras asked for, no problems, did not miss a beat. Food arrived after only a little wait, clearly cooked fresh, hot and tasty. Parmesan and black pepper added promptly. Food delicious and hot great variety of different pastas. Desert to follow. Paid bill, didn't expect, ask or demand for service charge to be added, but I insisted, the service was excellent. The staff were continually on the watch for anyone needing anything. This is what a restaurant as houkd be like. So often they don't care. Little Italy cares and deserves the highest recommendation. I never give 5 stars, but they deserve every one. Well done, give yourself a treat and go here. Enough said!"

A very authentic and flavorful Italian meal. Nice selection of Italian wines. A good selection of pastas all perfectly prepared along with deserts such as a pistachio cake. Highly recommend.

When we were seated, we were told we would have to eat fast because they had a lot of reservations later. Our food was practically thrown at us, and the food was mediocre, at best. We didn't so much as get a breadstick before we were shoved out the door. Speisekarte ansehen

Tiny restaurant with incredible food. We didn’t have a reservation but went on a quieter night, Monday. We were seated right away. Pleasant atmosphere, loved eating by candle light. Food served hot and fresh. Exactly what we were wanting. Highly recommend.

What a great find! Service and food are really excellent and I love the fact that the restaurant is family owned. It shows. This is a restaurant which does everything to ensure that you have a lovely time and we absolutely did. Tge best restaurant I have been to in Inverness and one I'll return to. Make sure you book. They are popular!

What a superb find! Little Italy is a fantastic Italian restaurant; relaxed, accommodating, attentive, and most of all the purveyor of delicious food. As well as food though, I rate ambience as major factor in whether a restaurant works or not. Little Italy has the ambience, a little bit of the sunmy Mediterranean under the cooling skies of Inverness. A busy weekend in Inverness. Everywhere to eat was booked up! My husband popped into the restaurant this afternoon and they squeezed us in for an early evening meal. Upon arrival we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner by all the staff and shown to our table. We were attended to quickly by staff and the service was exemplary. All of the food was delicious with generous portions. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Inverness. Thanks for a great experience

Having spent an exhilarating 2 hours on a RIB boat trip from Inverness, it was time for some sustenance! Queue remembering a nice Italian restaurant up the hill on the previous night's walk and a warm welcome for a late lunch/early supper. Clearly a popular choice, the garlic bread was in a different league to that we normally taste and the fungi starter we shared was gorgeous. I had the spaghetti which was just right for portion size and thoroughly enjoyable. Coupled with a couple of nice Montepulciano glasses and we walked back to the B&B with much to savour. thoroughly recommended!
