Always an amazing experience. Food is incredible and staff are equally as amazing.

Lovely place... they noticed my friend wearing a birthday badge and made the robot sing for him!! Good food and good service.

Arrived for dinner at 0600 . Starters at 0630 and then waited until 0745 for mains . Awful service despite food being OK . No explanation for service problems . Last time coming here .

The food was fantastic, cooked right in front of us which added to the overall experience. While the meal was a bit pricey, it is definitely worth bringing children along for the experience.

This is an excellent restaurant that offers personalized, attentive service with a subtle and friendly approach. I had never dined in an authentic Japanese restaurant before, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Speisekarte ansehen

Our family had mixed feelings about the restaurant. My wife was disappointed with the beef teriyaki bento, as it wasn't up to her expectations and our daughter found the beef to be chewy. However, I found my salmon teriyaki bento to be enjoyable and our other daughter loved her seafood udon. The robot server was a unique and entertaining touch.

This restaurant is perfectly average. I had heard great reviews from my colleagues about this place, so my expectations were high. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary. I ordered the bento box, which was a bit on the small side. Overall, it was a very average meal. Would I return? Probably, but it didn't wow me. I would give it a 7 out of 10 for the overall experience.

I think this place recycles leather shoes and serves them as beef..... A lot of the £80+ take out order we received was actually really quite good. I'm disappointed to have to write this review and will probably never visit again, for the following reasons: The beef soba..... Not good. It was inedible. Truly inedible. Note that I am not criticising the entire meal. However, the attitude of the staff the following day was as abysmal as the beef soba. Our order was delivered around 2130 on this particular evening.
