Ottima pizza in ottima compagnia. Una diversa dall'altra, così le abbiamo gustate tutte. Superlativi gli impasti e gradevolmente sccostati fra di loro gli ingredienti. Da ritornarci Speisekarte ansehen

Ristorante molto bello, ben curato e accogliente, ho preso della carne a dir poco strepitosa molto tenera e cotta alla perfezione, personale preparato , simpatico da farti sentire a casa.

Pizza stellare come pure i condimenti che sono originalissimi. L'impasto è speciale e a mio avviso è fatto con semola rimacinata (che adoro) considerato il colore giallo della base. Per questo motivo risulta leggero e DI-GE-RI-BI-LIS SI-MO.

Un locale nel centro di Bitonto ben arredato, personale ben vestito ambiente spazioso. Il proprietario, lo chef, sempre presente ai tavoli, molto simpatico. Menù con vasta scelta. Puoi mangiar qualsiasi cosa. Noi ci siamo stati per la pizza, tanti impasti e tanti gusti diversi che ti lasciano lì nell’ indecisione. Impasto davvero buono, lievitato benissimo. Prodotti di qualità come il petto d’oca e la stracciatella di bufala! Una vera chicca e con prezzi non esagerati ! Specialità l’olio sui tavoli da degustare, locale e di qualità. Sono tornato qui dopo molti anni per una pizza in compagnia di vecchi amici, rimanendo molto soddisfatto. Ci siamo seduti all'esterno ove sono ben distribuiti molti tavoli, il servizio è efficiente, anche se a mio avviso dovrebbe essere un pò più formale nell'approcciarsi ai clienti. Ho mangiato una pizza assolutamente squisita, come anche i miei amici hanno affermato, gli ingredienti e la materia prima che lo Chef Emanuele offre sono di altissima qualità e sempre ben abbinati. Rapporto qualità prezzo tutto sommato adeguato alla qualità del cibo, anche se i prezzi sono un pò più alti rispetto alla media. Rinnovo i mie complimenti ad Emanuele.

I don't know if I just made a bad choice but I had a pizza I really couldn't eat. The pizza dough was very good but on it was a swamp of cheese with a few very unappetising, almost raw prawns. I could only eat the crust. The glasses of wine we had were generous sizes but not fantastic wine. I had quite a nice mixed salad but much too big for one person. I ate as much salad as I could and just the pizza crust and the cost for two of us came to more than an exceptionally good dinner we had nearby the following evening. I could accept I made a bad choice but it was disappointing no one asked if we had enjoyed our meal. I gave some feedback but just got a shrug. Otherwise, the staff were pleasan...

We arrived early and found who I believe to be the manager having a pre service smoke outside. She was very friendly when it was clear that we were interested in the restaurant, which was recommended to us by our Masseria host. She spoke very good English and invited us in to view the menu (she also gave us English menus . We made it clear that my wife has celiac and can't eat gluten, and she said this was not a problem at all and that both pizza and pasta can be made gluten free. We decided to stay, based on that quality of service.
