Very fast service, not time to finish our glass of wine. And when we made a note on a wine we felt a great cold. So average cuisine this time, wines with disappointing agreement and zero service. I don't understand why my second opinion that I posted, negative this one, doesn't appear. So I rectify the first one."

Great, super nice, super nice. two points of improvement: the tuna mid-coat would actually be half cooked (which was too cooked); 1 sorbet in pre-desert 1 in dessert, it can be 1 too much. I don't know.

This is the third time I come to the Substrate and I was never disappointed by the quality of the dishes and the choice of the wines.
