They had recommended the place to me, on the website it said that you could book through wapsat, so I did it and they didn't answer me until three days later, they apologize that they were overwhelmed, lack of seriousness and respect I think you have to have

A fairly regular value for money. It is understood that it is very touristy, but we paid about €27 per person without including wine, dessert, or coffee. I think there was some lack of kitchen-dining room organization. It's nice to see how they put desire to a restaurant. Very nice decoration, very friendly service, rich traditional dishes and new adaptations with a curious presentation for good. Highly recommended, a touch of modernity in this world heritage site. I don't usually rate a restaurant so well, but the truth is that I have been fascinated by this little corner in albarracin, good service, good atmosphere, good food. Nothing to object. The tuna cubes have been an explosion of flavors, not to mention the desserts, which were exquisite. Thanks for the good work you do. We will return for sure.
