Very disappointed. Our meals were all awful. Soggy chicken, heated up old chips, badly presented, the waiter dropped his dirty tea towel In My food, I felt physically sick. Dirty entrance to the restaurant, wish we had walked out on arrival as l, will never visit again

Popped in for a bite to eat and to carry on with work from my laptop, the pub has WiFi so it helps me so much. I ordered chef’s curry 1/2-1/2 omg it was the best pub curry I’ve had. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Will give them 5 for everything. Well done all

We were visiting the area and searched for ages for a nice pub. This didn’t disappoint and lived up to its great reviews. We had the Teriyaki Chicken noodles that were delicious (and a massive plate full) and the sausages mash, again was lovely. Dog friendly too in the bar area. Well worth a visit. Speisekarte ansehen

Had a lovely lunch here on Tuesday 15/8 was greeted by the lovely Luke who was very helpful in finding a good table as I brought my baby along, steak was very tasty and perfectly cooked and the chips were delicious! Service from both Jason and Luke was faultless even served us drinks when we moved outside to enjoy the sunshine in the lovely garden!

We went for a family birthday and we’re not disappointed! The staff,service and food couldn’t be faulted. We did have to wait a while for our food but in fairness to the staff they told us straight away there would be a delay and kept us informed. Two of us had the special Lamb burger it was delicious . All the food was piping hot and very generous portions. On a very hot evening it was very pleasant as the doors to the garden area were open. Will be back soon definitely. Well done to all!

Disgusting food and service. Not enough staff. The food was terrible, creamy garlic mushroom sauce was disgusting, no garlic taste and very watery. The way the food was served was ridiculous, meals bought to the table then having to wait for the sauces and potatoes/chips you couldn't start to eat when the food was at best warm. The dessert menu was almost non-existent, lovely looking icecream desserts menu on the table but not available to order, why put them on the table. Overall a terrible waste of time and over £400. If they can't cope with groups they shouldn't accept the booking. Would no recommend at all. Speisekarte ansehen

I had been told many times about this un assuming pub just outside Llanelli, so when some family who were visiting decided to stay nearby we took the opportunity to meet up and have a meal there. The pub had a welcoming air about it and despite being busy didn't have any tables that needed to be cleared. Drink orders were taken promptly and after some time to view the menu so were our meal orders. The range of food on offer is wide with prices being on the lower end of average for the area (the steak is especially worth the price paid). When served the food was well cooked with the only criticism being that the entire tables chip order was served on one platter. Our empty plates were cleared...

We arrived and waited by the bar to be served which did take a longer than anticipated. Unfortunatley, the pint of Carling was undrinkable but was replaced on request. We asked if we could order a bar meal that was met by a reluctant member of staff who checked his watch at approximately 18:45. Food was below average to be honest which was disappointing. The staff were not visable most of the time. The chef (who seemed to be in charge) was very vocal at times and could be heard in the bar. When we mentioned to the member of staff, that came to check on our meal, that it was 'not great ' he promply left to report back to the chef (which was clearly visible to us) although nothing was fedback...

Booked a table online, we arrived 10 mins before our booking time (I assume that’s acceptable and we’re seated. The waiter with the bandana on was so lovely friendly, didn’t waste any time taking our drinks orders at all later returned to take our food orders. I ordered the fish basket my husband ordered the 3 meat selection, one of his choices was half a rack of ribs, however they didn’t have any. My husband decided as there were no ribs he would have been better off going for the mixed grill, as it was basically the same price but more meat so he went to the bar to ask if it would be possible to change his order it was no trouble for them at all.
