"I called to place an order early evening. I was told to come at 8.45pm (1.45 mins after I placed order) The order wasn’t ready at correct time. Another customer was waiting also. He said he'd been there 20 minutes longer than he was told. No apology was given. Waited another 15 mins and had to send my waiting taxi away for another job. Costing me double what it should as they had waited. As I was told, it would be another 5 minutes. Was then told the owners husband would take me for free as I had to pay extra for my taxi and wait over 25 mins by this time. When he got back from a delivery. Now 9.10pm. I informed him I was told it was for free. The girl agreed this with his wife, the chef. I was then verbally abused in his taxi by the male owner the entire taxi ride!! I was made to feel like I was responsible for the timing error!! He was shouting at me that it was there fault and his taxi isn’t linked to the business and he’s going to loose money. Initially I was sympathetic and said they should have communicated that with him so it was clear. He completely ignored me, my partner then called to see where I was as it had been nearly 30 minutes. When I finished the call he stated shouting again slamming his hands on the steering wheel shouting that it wasn’t a “fast food restaurant” And it is impossible to get the timings right that it isn’t possible!!? Eh!!? I said I had rung 2 hours nearly prior to pick up and if they weren’t able to deliver those timings then why give them to customers? I said to stop shouting at me, it wasn’t my fault, my dinner is late, I’m out of pocket more than I should and I’m being told it’s my fault!!! He continued to shout and swear at me before stopping the taxi, at the bottom of the hill to kick me out of the taxi!! A good walk from my address, whilst still swearing and shouting at me!! Saying “yeah off you stupid “ laughing at the same time! The worst and Most unbelievable treatment!! I was left physically upset and shaken and obviously was then not feeling like eating the £35.00 meal I had bought for a dinner in with friends. I also had to walk up a dark hill.on my own after being abused by this man! Really upsetting experience. Terrible customer care. I will tell all my friends locally to NEVER use either of their businesses in the future! Given the current climate they should be making an effort to deal well with customer delays. They have A LOT to learn! As well as that horrible man getting some anger management i’d advice not taking orders when you clearly can’t deliver to the timings of them! I’ll happily spend my money Elsewhere in future!"

great place the review which cricises the taxi driver is hard to believe the staff are friendly and the driver is a great guy its a load of rubbish i have no connection to the restauarant except as a regular customer but this is unfair

We've used this takeaway for the last 8 months and every meal has been excellent. The food is fresh, hot and best of all delicious. The flavours are not the run of the mill Thai takeaway and taste more authentic. The service is always good. It can get very busy so there might be a bit of a wait, but it really is worth it. We both tried the Thai Green Vegetable curry with an additional shared dish of rice with tofu. The food was delicious, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. The portions were generous, we ordered a modest amount and still couldn't finish everything. We would definitely come back to eat here again. Great value for the price.

We ordered takeout on a Friday night and were extremely impressed! We ordered three dishes and the portions were so generous that we had enough for the following Saturday as well. The tempura vegetables are incredibly tasty, as is the pad Thai. The prices were fantastic for the amount of food we received, just keep in mind that it takes a bit longer since everything is cooked fresh to order. We will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again soon.

Visited here last minute on a brief trip to Dorset.. I've lived in Thailand for many years, so I frequently visit Thai restaurants around Europe to forfil my cravings. Delicious green and massaman curry, very authentic taste, hot in temperature, great portion and a little spicy, Perfect! It was quickly served too. Really friendly owner that talked with me about Thailand. His Thai wife is an amazing chef, I strongly recommend a visit. I'm salivating thinking about it, I shall return ASAP. Tonight, we attempted to order food for delivery. After 25 minutes of struggling to provide our address over the phone, we were transferred to another person who took our details. We were then informed of a 45-minute wait for delivery. However, after waiting for almost an hour, we called back to inquire about our order, only to be told that they had no record of our order and did not remember us placing one. After nearly 2 hours since our initial call, we had to find another place to eat. This is not the first time we have had a negative experience at this restaurant. We will not be ordering from here again. I have never encountered such poor service and phone etiquette in my life. Not angry...

Lovely Thai meal here, family of 5. We had mixed starter, spring rolls, chicken satay. Noodles, three stir fries and drinks £65 which is amazing value for money. Food was all cooked to order, a bit of a wait for the takeaway collectors as it was being made good sign if you ask me) a bit of a wait for our food and slowish service but let us be fair: one person front of house and taking walk in and telephone orders.
