Hidden away inside a small arcade, so easy to miss. Delicious food, pad Thai was especially good. Veggie and vegan options available.

Great thai food. Friendly table service, looks like frozen and hot takeaways are available too. I imagine you'd always need to book ahead.

"Travelling home from South Wales My Fiancé an I chose Monmouth as a good halfway point to eat. An internet search provided Mokos as a recommended place to eat so we booked a table. When we arrived we were advised that there was a staff...shortage that evening however that wasn't reflected in either the service or food we received. From the moment we were seated the table service was friendly and attentive whilst the food ordered arrived in a timely manner. The food itself was excellent...authentic, spicy and simply delicious. I enjoyed the Paella and my Fiancé loved the vegetarian burritos. I thoroughly recommend Mokos for anyone with a taste for Mexican Mediterranean cuisine."

"A short walk from the village of Redbrook where we parked the car. We accessed from over the bridge. A busy place by the side of the river Wye. There is plenty of outdoor seating by the river or on the terraced gardens. Helpful and cheerful staff and pleasant to relax with a drink. Most guests were eating as well The inside was like stepping back in time. There are community events like regular quizzes."

"Green Jenks is a quality establishment located on Welfield road. My favorite spot to relax is outside at The Hatch, beside the shop. On my recent visit, I bought some delicious Olive sourdough bread and a tasty Scotch egg. The array of Deli foods available is quite interesting to look through. The staff is friendly and attentive, making a visit here well worth it."

"The food at this restaurant is beautiful, the service is perfect, and the prices are reasonable. I haven't had onion bhajis this good in a while - they were clearly homemade and made by someone who knows what they're doing. The special biryani was outstanding and both of our main dishes were packed with meat and flavor. The naan was exceptional as well, not thin and hard like at some places. My wife loved the saga aloo dish. The food here is not as greasy as in other Indian restaurants, which we appreciate. The staff is attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Overall, it was another really great meal."

"I love having a separate vegan menu so that alone is a big plus for me. I’ve tried most of the vegan options now and they all taste great. The plant based options aren’t expensive exactly (many options under a tenner), but I find the portions quite small, particularly with the salads, so I would recommend ordering sides if you are a big eater. That said the broccoli is pricey for a small (but delicious) portion. The restaurant is relaxed with kids and there are enough sides/tapas dishes to suit fussy eaters (in addition to the children’s menu)."
