Everything is great, the tomato salad with ventresca, its spectacular sirloin and the tortilla with caramelized onion that will leave you senseless. Thank you very much for making my vacation much more appetizing .

Sitio tranquilo a orillas del río Gállego. Los precios son correctos, como la calidad cantidad de comida. A mejorar el servicio, malo y lento. En el Mes de septiembre el tiempo acompaña. Carnes a la brasa , lo mejor.

A visit to Sallent de Gállego with plans for the weekend, a spa in Panticosa, food and more Casa Marton pleasantly surprised us, very tasty starters and spectacular meat, in good company and the very well decorated place mixes a rustic style with modern and original details. I certainly look forward to returning to the valley and home to Marton

We were on Saturday, February 25, we had tried to go several times and there was no room. The venue is very pretty. The attention of the waitress is great. And the food is all delicious. There were 5 of us and we ordered a block of duck and its contrasting watercolor, garden tomato salad, peas with ham, very cold beef tenderloin, steak tartar and for dessert to share cheesecake and custard. We repeat for sure!!

The location and decoration of the restaurant is unbeatable. Customer service is very good too. Regarding the food, I do not recommend the sausage and the grilled chorizo, you pay €16 per portion, which is scarce, and is very dry, they do not accompany it with absolutely anything... on the other hand, the steak is very good quality, and if you see it too raw, they will bring you an iron. But the accompaniments are disappointing: the salad portion is good but the fries and red pepper portion are ridiculous, especially since you can choose between a half portion or a full portion, so I can't imagine what size the half portion is...
