George and Dragon - Speisekarte

We had a very good dinner at this really nice country pub. Food we very good, had the burger and sticky toffee pudding for dessert was really excellent. Would certainly recommend a visit!

Customer service was good and ambience was wonderful. Food was average, the burger seemed like cheap patty’s but the fries were really good. The nibble box was served in a takeaway box which was... different.

We had dinner here last night, it was the best meal out we’ve had for years , everything was just perfect, lovely pub, seating, amazing attentive staff and the food from presentation to flavours was faultless , Well done your a great team

We've just stayed for a night at the G&D, while visiting Thruxton Race Circuit. The location was perfect, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had an evening meal and the food was amazing, breakfast also fantastic. Hope to return and explore more of area.

all I can say is wow what a great experience we had. food was fantastic and the staff couldn't be more helpful nothing was to much trouble I had the brisket burger and can honestly say never tasted such a good burger portions were excellent will definitely be making a second visit Speisekarte ansehen

The George is always a lovely pub to visit, either for a pint mid walk or for Sunday Lunch (which was this time for us). We’ve been twice in the past 3 months and it’s been great both times. The team have really managed well considering all the Covid issues in 2020. We will definitely be visiting again soon

we went to dinner to her reopening at night and it was amazing! service was efficient, friendly and attentive. the food was delicious (the sticky toffeee powder was particularly delicious! the new decor is fab and a little quirky. I can't wait to go back. they would never have known that it was their first night of dinner, out of our eyes it was seamless!

we had a great stay in this gem! the chef is a genie that was eating incredible and burst with taste! I would 100% y the black pudding scotch eggs and the game cake. if they like her steak, this man cooks it to perfection! the service was on point all through our stay and were incredibly friendly, helpful and nothing was too much annoyed and especially this place is per dog! everyone was welcoming and made our stay a wonderful experience. we plan to return to the future.
