Bien sûr qu'on voit rapidement qu'ils sont débordés quand le restaurant est bondé. C'est la pleine saison, c'est un bistrot, à quoi vous attendez vous Clients?? Un peu d'indulgence pour les jeunes qui démarrent une carrière difficile ou pour ceux qui font simplement un job d'été serait la bienvenue ...Même si la restauration est un ensemble, ce qui compte vraiment c'est ce qu'il y a dans nos assiettes: rien à dire c'était parfait! Du goût, de la qualité , une cuisine authentique.Je dis bravo à toute l'équipe qui doit trimer dur au quotidien, bravo à ceux qui ont dû miser gros en croyant à leur projet car il est abouti et réussi.Il y a quand même un bémol à mes yeux , c'est la carte des vins qui n'est pas à la hauteur de la cuisine malgré que les références soient bien choisies et que les tarifs restent raisonnables. Le succès de cet établissement est mérité, je le conseille donc vivement en précisant que je ne suis ni de la famille ni un ami à Jean Suplice !!!"

"We have been in Annecy for almost one week and have not been able to find any restaurant with food we liked, all restaurants seem to serve the same limited choices. We went to L'osmose du Lac in Talloires at the end of the week and were so delighted with the restaurant, we wished we had discovered it earlier in the week. The staff were welcoming, the wine choices endless but the best part was the delicious food we had for lunch. We began with gazpacho, which was served with a lovely mint sorbet in the middle of the bowl. The gazpacho was delicious. Our main meal was the special of the day, a mixture of chicken, duck, and veal served in a wonderful sauce and vegetables. The dessert was just as wonderful as the other courses, I had chocolate mousse (although too much for one person) and my husband had poached pear in red wine. The meal was reasonably priced, especially for such good quality food and service. Thank you! The #60 bus will take you from Annecy to Talloires."

"They could not find the Fourchette reservation, but since we were staying in the hotel, we had a table. The hostess escorted us to a table with an OK view, I was hoping for better, she said Je suis desole, but we are fully booked. I pointed to a better different empty table and asked if we could be there. She said Je suis Desole, we are fully booked. We took the table she offered. By no one had shown up to use the table I requested. All I got was Je suis desole, and I did not believe a word of it On to the meal, was ok prepared, my wife had canette, pink inside and crispy outside, very nice. I had the guinea fowl breast, it was overcooked and dry. Spinach was delicious Buffet breakfast was the normal offerings, all nice So nice meal, hostess rude."

"Superb experience all round. The weather was poor, so we were seated inside, in a rather atmospheric and large room towards the back of the restaurant. The service was impeccable, the sommelier very knowledgeable and attentive, and the food was nigh on perfect. We each had the Menu Couleurs de Cézanne €109 pp), which consisted of six courses plus a couple of amuse bouche. Extremely well balanced and portioned, all were absolutely fantastic. One of the best meals I've ever had."

"Uncontourable around the lake ofannecy. here fondue or raclette point but a simple go for the southern ark, with the mexic, the real. Point de Chili con carne or tex mex, but first a real quacamole prepared every evening with good ingredients, fajitas of all beauty (the charolais beef is super melting), patron José and his wife Lynn are super nice and we always spend very good moments. the most courageous will be able to taste the dishes in Bomba mode (very spicy) but those who wish will be able to order light, see nature. To taste at the end the Mezcal that allows to properly digest and sleep well"
