"Went in and ordered, a pizza a kids pizza and a garlic bread. Everything we ordered was wrong when we picked it up, luckily we were close by, when we took the kids pizza back and the garlic bread back (couldn’t be bothered for the sake of jalepenos on the main pizza) the were very apologetic and offered a free drink which was a nice touch , but when we got the 2nd pizza (possibly my own fault for not checking) when we got it home, was still wrong and then was also Crucified, almost as if they had just put ham on the original pizza and chucked it in the oven for a bit. We’ve had take away from here before and been good but this time not even close to being any good, there was also people in the restaurant that had to send pizzas back because they were burnt etc. Shame to see a restaurant we previously enjoyed go down hill. Can compliment the one lad behind that was very apologetic and offered a drink as compensation."

Was in St Ives for 4 nights. We had a meal here on the 1st night. Had to come back a second night. Then we definitely had to come back on our final night. Good atmosphere, very relaxed, good prices and the mussels were fantastic.

We ate here twice during our holiday to St.Ives. There menu was extensive. The food was good as was the service and the prices were reasonable. I recommend that you book at table rather than just turn up as it was busy both times we went.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff are really attentive. This is our second meal here as a family and it really is a little gem. I would recommend the chicken tarragon tagliatelle and the pizzas are first class. Love it! Speisekarte ansehen

The staff were amazing especially Matthew who gave great service and professionalism. He alternated his approach to the children and different ages to our table, the food was spanking too!! Defo go again, we’ll accommodated for and the drinks were fab too!

Visited here today without booking and a young man came over was very courteous obliging got us a table. We ordered food which was very good and good value. I commented to the waiter how I’d noticed he was so busy he said he had been promoted to Manager some staff were on holidays so he was short. He is a credit to this restaurant

Not been here before in many visits to St. Ives, so picked this for a birthday meal. From the start service was “relaxed”. Food was ok. Confit duck was nice. Pasta bake I think was microwaved as it was scalding hot in places but cool in others. Cannot comment on anything more as the request for dessert menus etc went on deaf ears for 20 minutes so we just paid and departed. Nothing said about the menu non-appearance. This restaurant is tucked away on Fore Street and is an absolute gem. We are repeat customers and always visit when in St Ives. The food is amazing, highly recommend the pizzas especially the Fiorentina. It is reasonably priced overall and has a good choice on the menu. The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. If you are lucky enough to get a table on New Years Eve it is the best night you will have, everyone is in fancy dress and the atmosphere is brilliant. Peppers is the best place to eat in St Ives.

So pleased I gave this restaurant a try. Been to St ives many times and passed peppers and never really fancied it. I am a little angry that I passed this by so many times as the meal was brilliant and service was excellent. The restaurant is up a steep flight of stairs and then opens out to a cosy and relaxed. 4 of us dined and we all had something different. The Pizza was really nice and I had the spaghetti meatballs and they were really tasty. Highly recommend and great value also A note to the manager I went on either 26th or 27th October and our waitress was on her 1st shift and I need to say she was excellent and really friendly. The other guys were also very good and attentive.
