Filippo and Dacia, looked after us, we were celebrating my 60, with familia and fantastic time, food was excellent and service brilliant!!

Been here many times and its always decent, other half had the sunday roast and wasn't impressed with the beef. It was fatty,cold, and over cooked and the potatoes may have been frozen ones?? Best to stick to what there known for as I did, was a few more additions to the menu also.

I highly recommend this steak restaurant in Chandlers Cross. It is excellent in every way! The fact that we live in Kensington and still choose to drive to Prime to meet family and friends who live in the area speaks volumes. The restaurant is also excellent for Sunday Roasts with all the trimmings.

Nice looking place with good service but the food was disappointing. The scotch egg was nice but seemed to be over done with the outside pretty hard. The steak was just served on a plate on its own with chips on the side. Not sure what I was expecting but this wasn’t it. The steak wasn’t great either. All in, lunch for two with starters plus one chicken main and one steak main was just over £100. Will be sticking to Miller and Carter for steak in the future. Speisekarte ansehen

I gave the restaurant 4 stars for atmosphere because I was under the impression it was an adult-only establishment, but there was a table with children nearby. The food was excellent, the service was decent, although it was challenging to get the waiter's attention at times. The rump steak was cooked perfectly and the port and mushroom sauce was delicious. The chips could have been crispier for being triple cooked. The creamed spinach was tasty. The pecan pie for dessert was delicious.

I'm not sure how they do it, but every time we've ordered steaks from the menu, each one has been cooked to perfection according to our preferences. Prime has become synonymous with delicious steak in our circle of friends and family. For those who prefer vegan options, the burgers are also made perfectly. The drinks are crafted with care and live up to their names as described in bartender books. I have been impressed with the service here and have since convinced friends from other steakhouses to join me at Prime.
