"Well... there 's a reason the staff don 't ask you how you 're food was. Not only are they clearly all dead behind the eyes, they know the food is massively over stated. The menu tantalizes you like a siren calling a sailor to his doom. £16.50 for a rib platter that comprised of a singular rib with less meat on the bone than if they pulled it off the carcass of a starved dog. £15+ for brisket which was 2 thin slices of beef with less flavor than a hookers panty liner, each mouthful brought less flavour than the last. For the price, I wouldn 't expect to get better at a Toby Carvery, but you certainly can! Each dish was served with roast potatoes and a pickle pot... A PICKLE POT!"

Amazing visit yesterday. The staff were really good and accommodated our large group. The food was delicious. I have the veggie BBQ burger (the best burger I've ever eaten). Great atmosphere and service.

This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in coventry. 10/10 food every time. The onion rings are out of this world. I have done 3 stars for atmosphere tho as I do wish it wasn’t so dark but the food makes up for it!

The food was delicious. We ate the Kansas cauliflower wings, veggie nachos and corn ribs as starters. Then we had the vegan doner, it was good, but it couldn’t top the starters. And finished with an amazing mud pie (picture 2). Had some lovely cocktails too.

This is a hidden GEM of a place here in Coventry. I would divorce the wife and marry the chef just to get the Brisket recipe. Attention to detail was fantastic, atmosphere was welcoming and very party like at the same time. Lighting good for getting in the mood for what ever the occasion. Food was bland especially the Mac and cheese. Had to have salt and pepper to season it. The portion of the salmon for the price was not good. Additionally has to keep waving 5 female staff multiple times because they were at the bar just chatting away. Took a while to get eye contact and a couple of them would look away as if on purpose. Also the mojito wasn't mixed properly. Tasted more like water than anything. Mediocre overall.

What an amazing find. I organised for my group to centre here from all over England. Parking was good, it was not centre of town too, but on a busy high st. The food was amazing! I had the vegan corn ribs, which was the best food experience I have had as a vegan. I do miss holding a bone and eating from it. My main was a the stuffed pepper, also good. Well presented, tasty and a decent size. Others in the party had burgers, platters and wings which reports where good. The drinks selection was decent too. Staff where friendly and attentive, which was totally lovely to add to the experience. Overall, I rarely give 5 stars, but this deserves it 100%. Great job team street.
