What an excellent place and such really lovely attentive staff , especially Dom who was cheerful and so professional. Loved the outside searing and food perfect

Wonderful family lunch while passing through Dorchester. Food was wonderful and service outstanding, particularly Em who was really friendly and helpful and great with our 7 yr old Son. Everything was quick and efficient with attentive service and food and drinks came out rapidly.

The service was poor today, and I have been many times. Food is always good, but the experience comes from the lack of care and attention from front of house staff. Food was literally just thrown down in front of us, was given dirty glass to drink from. I was horrified at the state of it. Replace the cutlery if it’s that gross looking!

I visited this restaurant for lunch with my friend before leaving town. The food and service were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the restaurant was clean and organized. The staff were all fantastic, but a special thank you to our server Enya for being incredibly friendly and helpful. She made sure we felt well taken care of during our entire visit. The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly. The food is consistently delicious. However, I found it unnecessary for a trained staff member to take my order simply because I requested rice noodles due to my gluten intolerance. While I understand the need for precautions, I believe they could be a bit more relaxed when customers specify they are not allergic or have Celiac disease.

We arrived at Wagamama's around 7:30 in the evening, during peak hours. We only had to wait a maximum of 10 minutes for a table. When we were seated, we were warmly greeted by Dan, who went above and beyond in helping us decide what to order. He offered his own recommendations and patiently answered all of our questions, even as we were indecisive. His exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience, and without him, we may have only given the restaurant a 3-star rating at best.

10 out of 10 for the peeps in the kitchen; I wish I could say the same for everything else. The enduring appeal of Wagamama took a bit of a dent today. Arriving at their (not exactly oversubscribed Dorchester spot for a late Friday lunch with family and friends, we were quickly welcomed by a wonderful, warm and friendly member of the team who, despite being heavily pregnant, was running around doing the work of her 3-4 other restaurant floor colleagues, who were preoccupied with more pressing personal matters (a theme that carried through the whole experience – including, at one point, when a member staff not 20 feet from us was using a restaurant interior mirror to comb and style her hair,...
