Ye Olde Hobnails Inn

here on the way to home from the cotswolds on the look for a fast snack. we had a beautiful shrimp boap, chips and salat excellent value. so much choice on the menu. very helpful and friendly staff.

we had a really nice roast dinner on Mother's Day. very friendly, happy staff. good size portions of very tasty well cooked food and an amazing chocolate brownie with ice! we will definitely be again for another eating

delicious, massive plate of fish and chips. I mean huge! the fish hang on both sides and tasted fantastic! the chips were also great. the personal was friendly and attentive. a great experience. so good that we have booked the family for vaters tag

Olde worlde pub with lots of small rooms, felt covid safe. Service was good. The pie of the day was steak and kidney, the pastry was excellent and plenty of filling, husband had sweet potato and chickpea curry which he enjoyed. We will definitely be going back again

Just had a beautiful lunch. My husband and I both had ham, egg and chips. Served with the eggs just as we asked and the chips were outstanding. The staff are welcoming and friendly and go the extra mile to be helpful with my wheelchair, which is greatly appreciated.

Visited with the family on a Monday night, very welcoming. Great classic pub food chap behind the bar made sure we were well looked after and the kids had some colouring to do! Look forward to visiting again , toilets clean, good range on menu, open fires in winter great place lots of history!

We have dined at pubs within the Quality Inn chain multiple times in Gloucestershire and Devon, so we had high expectations for the food quality. Our visit to Ye Olde Hobnails Inn did not disappoint. The historic building is charming and tastefully decorated, with multiple cozy dining areas. We were warmly welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our scampi and pie meals.

Lovely friendly inviting pub. Staff were polite warm and friendly. Food was very good. Homemade lasagne was exactly what I'd expected and the portion was very generous. The prawn and dill linguine was pretty good too. Lasagne with a couple of pints of Butty Bach and followed by sticky toffee pudding was a treat and a half. Nice homely pub. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

I planned a surprise birthday party/lunch for my wife's 40th birthday at Ye Olde Hobnails. Jack and his team went above and beyond for us. We had about 40 guests for lunch and the service and food quality were outstanding. We appreciated the spacious large back room and would highly recommend this restaurant for any large family gatherings. The children's menu is very reasonably priced. We will definitely return for a quieter meal soon. Thank you so much.
