..Local top.. excellent food.. a praise goes to Antonio. .gentile. Professional. that has pampered us since our arrival.

Expectations were high. Although we had quite a nice meal, we thought the price was on the high side. We expected more from it.

Very nice cod carpaccio for starter, and delicious tagliolino with shrimp tatar and lemon sauce. The secondi: breaded fish was dry and boring.

Traditional restaurant with typical dishes, mainly based on fish. Very good also the final sweets served together with the herbal tea... definitely to repeat as experience

Correction and update: aside from the issues with the food, I now have a serious issue with the person who responds to these reviews. The rudest, least professional and most inappropriate. He claims to be the owner but he is not the chef Alessandra. So, I really do not know who he is. Avoid! Super overpriced food. The only thing you can taste is butter! Butter everywhere.. Disgusting.

Once every month/2 months I and my partner always come back with enthusiasm to always try different dishes created by the chef but x start, the selection of raw, never misses, excellent!!! Then... what to say... of the first dishes.. .varia choose one better than the other and full of seasonings TOP!!! As for the staff are very prepared but above all Antonio, every time we go we like to be served by him because he is a person in a way and very prepared, his advice, until now, has never disappointed us even in the choice of wine. Congratulations!

I highly recommend living the gastronomic experience Trust me with the combination of wines. The cost, apparently high, is totally compatible with the service, the quantity (which I would define plentiful), the quality and goodness of the dishes. The bottles of the excellent wines, served in correspondence of each course, are open all at the table at the moment, with explicit and clear explanation provided by the staff on combination and specific characteristics of drink and dishes. Taking into account that they perhaps pumped it up too much for me, let's say that the expectations were high especially for their star dish, tagliolini with burrata and red prawn on top. A dish that I have tasted in other places in Lecce and on the sea. Let's say good, yes, but I have paid euros less in other places with the same quality. Whether the extra euros are for the high-class environment in which you find yourself must be a choice. That is, eat well, but spend more on the environment, lots of scene, little substance. But this is my opinion, I pay for the environment but I expect BOOM. I had a boom with the oysters, huge and very fresh, like not even in Paris, if you go ask for them...

In general the experience was disappointing especially when compared to the highest expectations. Not by chance we opted for the trusted tasting menu of me that, in our opinion, was very little innovative. To begin with we demanded a rich raw and the dish served, although choreographically interesting and with good fish, did not present the variety of tastes that we would expect. Absolutely excellent, on the other hand, the scalloped carpaccio of scallops, the best dish of the tasting. As first we have been proposed the lemon cutters with tartare of scampi and shrimps and stracciatella, certainly discrete but without any particularity and, to follow, of the dumplings to the norm that we did...
