Local de pollo frito brutal. Se nota que es pollo de corral y tiene hamburguesas originales y variadas. Me encantan los entrantes, combos, jalapeños, sweet potatoes… pida lo que pida es un acierto seguro, pero recomiendo la BOOM BOOM CHEESE!! Speisekarte ansehen

Ya no solo es que tengan buena materia prima, sino que la trabajan con una profesionalidad y técnica espectacular. Raquel y todo su equipo son encantadores, y atentos a otro nivel. Very neat location, right in the center of Valencia. We chose one of 3 tables in the kitchen and the experience was superb. Innovative cuisine, very particular tastes but always balanced and pleasant. The Chef, fantastic in the kitchen, comes to the table for almost every course and is always a show. Lo de este restaurante es de otro planeta, sin duda la mejor experiencia culinaria de nuestras vidas, merece la pena todos y cada uno de sus platos, la atención de todo el personal es espectacular y en especial la de Raquel y Javi que son dos personas increíbles, los vinos que tienen son perfectos, te aconsejan y te transportan a sitios que no volverás a viajar excepto si pisas su restaurante de nuevo.

Hacía tiempo que queríamos venir aquí y por fin ya lo hemos probado. He de deciros que la experiencia ha sido maravillosa, nos ha encantado el local, el sabor de todos los platos, el trato tan cercano y amable de todo el personal, incluída la chef Rakel Cernicharo que ha venido frecuentemente a la mesa para explicarnos las elaboraciones. It was a lovely experience, the service was ABSOLUTELY on point. It was really exciting not knowing what was coming next. We had the red menu with 9 dishes/person. The presentation of the dishes was fun and we loved discovering the dish and the origin of ingredients through the little cards. We were seated in the kitchen area which I believe are the best seats. The atmosphere is lovely and the chef Raquel took her time to explain each dish and make sure we were content. Dishes were complexe, creative and surprised us in the best way possible. During the reservation we got asked what food we do not eat and they respected it very well. My only negative feedback is the size of the dishes for so... Speisekarte ansehen
