cute inn with a terrace (unfortunately not overlooking the lake) shaded, quiet and welcoming. have stopped to taste delicious malakoffs that we had not eaten for a long time. fast and warm service, suitable prices. Place to recommend for a small gourmet stop.

probably the most authentic recipe for these famous fried cheese blowers. pretty simple country hostel atmosphere. A good place to enjoy the local speciality - malakoff cheese - accompanied with a local wine. You can just keep ordering the cheese balls untill you are completely full (I don't know anyone who has had more than four.) Pickles and pickled onions will help you to digest. Es war jedoch schockierend, ein überfülltes Restaurant vorzufinden, die Tische nicht ausreichend voneinander entfernt zu sein, das Personal keine Masken zu tragen und keinen Versuch zu unternehmen, die obligatorische Covid-Pass-Kontrolle durchzuführen. Ich hoffe, unsere Impfstoffe wirken! Das Parken ist auch in einer kleinen Dorfstraße ein Problem.

Lausanne-Genève motorway, gland exit; It's five minutes away. A small detour that really worth it. reception is always cordial, almost family. on the terrace when it is beautiful, if not inside: you always find a table. L'Auberge offers a beautiful regional specialities menu. Personally, I always go for the malakoffs. They are very tasteful, melting at heart and crispy. You must taste them with dried meat in the entrance and of course, the famous green salad of the house. No need to go off: two to three pieces, it's perfect. Let us add that staff is always attentive and in good mood, fast service and correct prices. Come on: good appetite!

Recently on a sunny Sunday morning a friend and I set out from to Geneva to take a walk in the vineyards near Nyon with the idea of having malakoffs for lunch, as there are several restaurants specializing in them in the area. Over the years I have tried most of them and I think that the Auberge de Luins would be my favorite. We were lucky to find a free table on the terrace, which was exactly what we were hoping for, as all the inside tables had already been reserved in advance. The service was efficient and attentive. We had a fresh mixed salad for a starter, malakoffs served with pickle and onions and good local wine. Unfortunately, we had no room this time for the tempting desserts going...

Reservierung über TripAdvisor vorgenommen. Bei der Ankunft hatten sie keine Reservierung und der Tisch war noch nicht fertig. Sie schickten mich vom Restaurant zum Café und wieder zurück. Wurde nicht freundlich empfangen. Minuten später machten sie endlich einen Tisch. Wir mussten uns hinsetzen, da uns nicht gesagt wurde, dass es fertig sei. Keine Speisekarte, also haben wir es uns selbst besorgt. Schließlich wurde unsere Bestellung wenige Minuten nach der Reservierung angenommen. Das war hart mit kleinen hungernden Kindern! Insgesamt fühlten wir uns nicht sehr willkommen. Das Restaurant war zwar voll, aber freundlicher Service ist immer noch möglich. Überrascht über den mangelnden Service,... Speisekarte ansehen
