This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal and if you are in Roda de bera you must visit! The staff were all extremely attentive and made our experience amazing! The food and wine we had was brilliant and will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

For more years the summer visit to can roig is obligatory and I still think it is one of the best, if not the best, alco restaurant. the service is friendly and professional, which is not common in the area, and the very rich and drip food. I hope we can continue to be back many years. highly recommended.

Great restaurant. Worth visiting Food was great. Fresh seafood, particularly the “espardenyes” (like small razor clams) and the prawns from Vinaros was also amazing The fideua was very nice too, very special as they use a different noodle but was really great Service was very friendly and attentive. Riquísimo el arroz meloso de cangrejos y sepia y estupendo el vino de la zona que nos aconsejaron,(de un tal Vincent Flors) Curioso, de fuera de carta, unos chipirones en salsa negra rellenos de morcilla parecida a la murciana: suave, de cebolla probablemente cardamomo o ajonjolí y piñones. Para repetir. De hecho vamos a repetir antes de irnos para probar una fideuá y un carpaccio de calabacín que prometen. Y francamente de precio me pareció de lo más ajustado. After a pretty average meal last year we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately the service was definitely done by extra summer staff as very unprofessional. They didn’t poor the wine for us, forgot a main course and had only a tomate salad for non fish eaters for a starter. Pretty ugly chopped tomatoes with no basil, garlic or other garnishing whatsoever. My tomato salad is much better. My steak was nice but the sauce was strange. A thick soft of slump... three small steamed potatoes wedges came with it. Didn’t find the food amazing as it was five years ago. New owners but no improvement. Won’t waste my money next time.

What amazed me the most about the restaurant is that they have succeed in anyway, included the restaurant location, atmosphere, food and service to make us a fantastic family lunch. I personally love the local seafood dishes very fresh and delicious and the dessert called“Torreja” The service was great as well, even though that the restaurant was full but they still could provide a high standard service. I like the outdoor table of the restaurant, our table is surrounded by trees and flower which also covered the strong sunlight and keep cool temperatures even in this outdoor area in Summer. Volvíamos de vacaciones y lo conocíamos de hace unos años que paramos hay un lugar estupendo , magnífica terraza, Hoy pedimos mesa viniendo y todo perfecto la comida genial rica y bien presentada como siempre, Las paellas se tienen que encargar y ha sido nuestro fallo , La carta de postres la veo un poco pobre , sin algún postre que te llame la atención , El servicio muy joven pero correcto , muy amables y serviciales , Pero la Verdad que no se si es por la juventud o porque tendría que haber algún camarero más en la terraza , nos hemos sentido abandonados hemos tenido que estar llamando a cada momento no daban por terminada la mesa , el pan no lo han traído , para cortar la carne , el Cuchi...
