"Comida at Dorado Restaurant in La Pineda, today. The service was perfect, 5 stars. From the entradas to postres, all the food was perfectly prepared, and it looked good on the plate even before I tasted any of it. I'm really happy to say that the kitchen is cooking with olive oil from my finca Cardinal West in Ginestar. They use a lot of aceite, and we only had a few liters to sell. However, I'm so pleased that they like our oil. Many restaurants in the tourist areas of Spain close in October and do not reopen until February or March; however, Dorado is open on the weekends in winter so no matter what time of year you go, you can enjoy great seafood."
