"A party of nine family and friends visited for my wife's birthday and it was a great night. The food chosen was a mixture from the menu and all of us said it was cooked as requested, well presented and tasted great. From the start the staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one for my wife. We had originally booked for 12, two tables of six, but when we told the staff member who greeted us we were now only nine she immediately set about changing the table layout to one that seated our party, which meant we were all together. A nice thoughtful gesture. We had bought a birthday cake with us and it a lovely surprise for my wife when the staff bought it to the table and sang Happy Birthday to her. A special mention must be made of the young lady who looked after us throughout our three hour stay, she was brilliant throughout, so Paris please take a bow, you deserve it for looking after us so well, thank you. Our visit could not have been better so a big thank you to all at Miller and Carter, Hagley Road and look forward to seeing you again in the near future."

We understand that places have a policy, but I think it might be worth companies who only have one table seated in the entire business being more considerate to customers wearing hats. Perhaps you might consider when we ask if it is ok that he keeps the hat on, that there is a reason for the hat. We do not cause problems, and would rather walk the short distance to the family friendly pub up the road which is packed and have a much cheaper meal, than subject ourselves to embarrassment. A shame because we spent money on taxi and we’re looking forward to the fancier meal. However enjoyed the ambiance of the sizzling pub at-least.

First time visiting in person after discovering this chain on Uber eats during lock down. Visited here for my gfs 31st Birthday. It was easy to make a reservation via their website and it was confirmed when we arrived. Our host Donna took the time to explain the stake options and provided a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The styling of the venue is good and I must call out the very well maintained private bathrooms with plenty of full body mirrors. Parking was plenty, well lit considering the time of.year. We will be visiting again it's nice to have such a quality venue in the suburbs rather than travelling into the the city centre. Thank you Donna for making the experience a great one f...
