We have dinner and a night's stay. Friendly and attentive staff, locally sourced ingredients and excellent food, comfortable rooms (superb breakfast too). We will return. Fully recommend!

An lovely Sunday Lunch with tender roast beef and pork with other very tempting menu choices. A traditional elegant dining room with super relaxed informal service. Gluten free no problem. Pleasing to see a long tradition of culinary excellence and provenance maintained.

Our fourth date night here this year. Each visit has been delightful. A little bit out of the way, but well worth the effort. We’ve just come back from a one night stay here, and had a wonderful time. Very welcoming and attentive staff, especially Robbie and Dee, both of whom went out of their way during dinner and at the bar afterwards to make sure we were well looked after. Very comfy beds and great breakfast too. Thank you.

a beautiful little hotel in the middle of nowhere. it's family run and they can really get it. the personal could not do enough for them. we took our dog and they really beat her. eating is amazing. the room we had was a good size. had a queen size bed that was beautiful. walks in the surroundings. about 45 minutes to the sea and about 20 minutes to cromer.

A warm welcome when we arrived without a booking on a Thursday lunchtime. Limited menu for a very good price and a specials board. We selected the salmon from the specials and beef carpaccio for starters. Both excellent. Followed by the two mains on offer. Again great with accompaniments of roasted vegetables and kale. Expect a very warm and friendly welcome and some very fine food. Not your average pub grub but excellent well thought through menu. If you’re staying on the Wolterton Park estate this establishment is perfect. We ate Wednesday evening and also enjoyed a very fine Sunday roast lunch. Local and fresh produce you couldn’t wish for more. When we return to Wolterton the first reservations I make is at the Saracens.

We can't rate the food here highly enough. All the ingrediants are sourced locally and used to create the most flavioursome gorgeous food that I have had in a very long while. We started with the Smoked Salmon from Brancaster. It was accompained by Crispy Capers and horseradish citrus. We had some cheeky scrumptious artisan bread on the side which was so naughty but nice. For mains I had the Pork Steak, served with spiced pumpkin puree, sauteed mushrooms and apple caramel. OMG words cannot express how delicious this was. we decided to join us today! we live on the coast of snettisham norfolk. that took about an hour. a friend should join the diss. he didn't come. the staff was great, the wine-grain merlot was perfect in attempt. fresh water with a really clean glass water jug with ice immediately provided, just like a certain of their flawless service .so beautiful! we had makrele and start the huh and bacon terrarine. we have blown ourselves the perfectly! then the sunday roast pork was delicious zingy with the groomed and the bark meat was perfectly cooked and everything they want to eat from a roast beef! the gray!
