El Restaurante la Fondica, es un buen lugar para parar en el camino y comer bien , si vas por el autovía mudejar tampoco hay tantos lugares que se coma bien, este es buena opción, sales de la autovía y a 500 metros tienes este Hotel Restaurante que merece la pena, buen servicio, carta amplia.

se van llenando las nuevas salas que van abriendo ... entra más gente, sube el precio y se vulgariza la comuda hacia un rancho con pretensiones .... pero el servicio no va en consonancia ... el negocio les está mejorando mucho la caja ... pero ... ¡ o cambia la dinámica o me decidiré por las buenas alternativas a menos 25 minutos !

We were driving back from Albarracin to Valencia and decided to stop for lunch. We searched on Tripadvisor and this restaurant was the closest to where we were. And what a find! We had the Menu of the Day and it was delicious. In addition, the service was friendly and faultless. We will definitely be eating here again in the future when we go to the Javalambre ski resort. Buen restaurante donde comer en la A23 Teruel y a un precio muy correcto teniendo en cuenta la calidad del servicio y de los alimentos. Migas: para mi gusto y conociendo otras opciones cercanas, he echado en falta más acompañamiento (más tropezones y una uva más sabrosa. El chuletón muy bueno y bien presentado, pero -para mi gusto- poco sabroso. Las patatas panadera muy ricas. La torrija con helado, muy buena. A mejorar: pedí gaseosa y no la tenían fría (el camarero se disculpó ; el comedor, al estar lleno, resulta algo ruidoso. La mesa que nos asignaron estaba junto a una pared tapada con una cortina, detrás de la cual había un mecanismo que, cada dos por tres, emitía una especie de chasqui...

Many years ago, before the motorway service station, we were driving from Jaca to Costa Blanca and pulled off the motorway for lunch at the restaurant signs. We found La Fondica, but did not realise there was a full restaurant behind the cafetaria area. Luckily on a visit in 2017, we were sat as usual in the cafeteria studying the menu, when a party of 3 couples walked through the cafeteria and disappeared. I heard the waitress mention restaurant to one of the gentlemen, so we decided to explore and found the beautiful restaurant.
