To start we ordered the tomato salad, smoked sardines and jerky and also the vaoke 5.0 potatoes, which were simply incredible. After main courses we ordered the ceviche, the gyozas, and smoked beef loin yakitori. (To say that with the yakitori I felt like I was sitting at home with my family on a Sunday again eating a barbecue fresh off the grill and that with the ceviche I felt like I was on a roller coaster of flavors, it is an experience that nothing in the world replaced it with). We ordered 4 desserts (apple, gin and tonic, carrot and chocolate. That a meal causes this! It's unbelievable! If you have the opportunity to eat here I highly recommend it. It is an experience of unique flavors. The dedication, passion, sympathy and kindness of the chef and everyone, and the good reception and treatment. No words to describe such a good dinner. En mi humilde opinión el mejor restaurante de la ciudad, lo frecuento siempre que puedo, por servicio y por cocina, el servicio sencillamente perfecto, agradables, rápidos, y atentos a todo, la cocina de Juan espectacular, muy creativo y presentación perfecta, una carta pequeña pero muy variada en la que se obtiene la perfección en cada plato, una pena enorme no poder ir cada día.

The menu of this place is varied, original and made with love. The midweek menu is €18, which a priori might seem expensive for a menu, but from the first course to dessert it does not disappoint. It is highly recommended to savor delicious dishes and to treat yourself to a little luxury. Hasta ahora, era nuestro restaurante favorito de Alcalá, y siempre lo recomendábamos, pero hoy, tras comida con amigos, la decepción ha sido generalizada: Menú muy caro (un martes 18 euros), podría decirse que es el más caro de Alcalá, y si por lo menos tras pagar eso uno hubiera disfrutado de una excelente comida...Arroz aguado , callos con una salsa que no le pega. Lo único bueno, la torrija de postre. Y a todo esto sumar que de el primero al segundo un tiempo interminable de espera. Una lástima.
