Great service as usual excellent food couldn't fault it. Never had a bad meal. That's why we keep going back

Went for a family meal to celebrate a birthday. Staff friendly and welcoming as always. Really enjoyed our meal and will definitely come back

amazing service as usual. lisa was very attentive. the food was great and the bonus was our taxi let us down and the beautiful marcello (not sure he was spelled) went out of the way to bring us home. what a legendary one!

This establishment had 2 menus to choose from, either Lunch set Price (2 or 3 courses or individual price menu. Our party of 4 had 3 courses with wine/beer. The Staff on arrival were welcoming and friendly throughout our visit (Dan was our server . Dan was attentive and helpful but not intrusive. My Garlic allergy was dealt with professionally with Dan checking on my requests with the Chef. Food was served hot and well cooked as requested (Rare etc , Dessert (Apple and Damson crumble with custard was really good: . Would we go back............Yes definitely.

With international travel off the cards since 2020 we 've been travelling around the UK a fair bit and normally find ourselves in a Miller Carter. I normally come away with a feeling of being closer to God after a meal at this chain. I was left a little deflated this time. I like my steak on the more cooked end of medium, and definitely without 'running ' blood. The steak was OK, but not cooked enough, probably another few minutes would have done it. No peppercorn sauce (this should an arrestable offence for a steakhouse That said. Service was excellent and maybe just an off day.

Went on Saturday to Miller Carter in Bursledon with a pre booked party of 8 which had two children. Initially crammed on a table not giving elbow room so asked our waiter Jake to be moved and he pulled out all the stops to ensure we had sufficient seating arrangement. Overall, the steaks were cooked to our satisfaction. Only real complaint is lack of veg on plate with one sixth of a tomato and small amount of peppercorn in pot. The service was otherwise impeccable, Jake couldn't do enough, was very polite and attentive. A credit to Miller Carter. Only bad note some of the furniture appeared rather tired .

Have visited this place several times now and I know it can get rather busy hence the lack of availability when trying to book , a little disappointed this time , never really noticed until tonight with the heavy rain how dark the car park is! Lack of lighting! Was shown to our table across what can only be described as an ice rink , you should really display signs to let people know the floor is slippery. The drinks order was taken and then after several minutes was asked if we were ready to order food,the starter arrived before the drinks! We ordered very similar mains but were presented with wrongly cooked steaks, despite specifying, and incorrect sauce , the onion loaf which is normally...
