The Cellar - Speisekarte

This place is just a gem . We went for the lunch menu and it was just out of this world. Beautiful place and the nicest of staff. Well done team Cellar, we will be back with friends next time.

Lovely day in Edinburgh. Too tired and too hungry, I and my friend found this little gem not very far from Market Street. Very cosy, nice music, very polite personnel, absolutely delicious food!

With a booking we were given a nice table and had a delicious lunch. The service was excellent. The soup was very tasty as was the rest of the meal. One person had the burger which looked great.

Nothing about this place disappoints. The food was outstanding (we had the duck and flat iron steak), the service was friendly and attentive, the decor is inviting and the location is perfect (just a short walk from the Royal Mile).

One of our finest restaurant experiences EVER! Cozy setting, as if dining in a private family home. Food was exquisite.....as were the paired wines. Michael and Emily did a superb of table service. A better dining experience is difficult to imagine! BRAVO a sincere THANK YOU to all involved!

Perfect service, the best I encountered in Edinburgh so far; the food was so yummy and cooked to perfection; we had the steak and the Haddock fish, both were nicely seasoned! Enjoyed every minute and would highly recommend if you are in the area Thank you Ed, Buddy and the young lady with the dark hair!

Great vibe. Very attentive wait staff. Fantastic view looking back towards castle. Diverse drink menu and better food menu! My wife had a risotto and I had an unbelievable sea trout. Make sure to make reservations for dinner! Although we were lucky to be squeezed in as a party of two. High energy atmosphere.

This is a place you go to celebrate smells, tastes, and sights with the people you care about. These talented people have put together a wonderful team and brought tastes together to surprise, delight and make you smile. We had the dinner tasting menu and included the wine pairings and had a great experience. You only live once.
