Paramos en Fromista de camino al norte y comimos aquí. Pedimos croquetas de cecina, ensaladilla rusa y tartar de atún. Todo estaba bueno. La cerveza es Heineken, que en nuestro caso es un punto negativo. Buen atún, el aliño un poco distinto de lo que estamos acostumbrados, pero rico. La tarta de queso de oveja era cremosa, aunque esperábamos un sabor más intenso. Lo mejor para mí fue el coulant de avellana , un postre que pasa totalmente desapercibido en la carta. Lo hacen en el momento (tarda unos 10 min) y lo traen calentito y derretido por dentro. Buenísimo, mucho mejor que el típico de chocolate. El servicio muy atento.
